Susan Robbins and Tom Fehily's award-winning Wildberry Bakery can be found in the village of Ballineen in beautiful West CorkTheir ethos is to create great flavours and textures, while upholding the traditional baking methods Susan was taught as a child. Their influences are French, but their passion is for Irish ingredients and the excellence of Irish food. Wildberry Bakery never uses preservatives or additives in any of their products.

Our products have nothing to hide! We use only the very best ingredients so you won't find any preservatives or additives in our cakes.

We use local ingredients where possible, including Irish Creamery Butter and Clonakilty Free range eggs.
