What a wonderful combination of chocolate and coconut. This easy recipe can whipped up in minutes using very few ingredients, but the results are just fantastic! Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

Ingredients:

397g dessicated coconut 

207ml condensed milk

1tsp Vanilla Extract

2 large egg whites

1/4tsp salt 

140-280g Milk Chocolate (depending on how chocolately you like it!)
