Our kitchen is a busy place where other tasty treats are whipped up, including cakes with sesame seeds, soya and other nuts (walnuts). So, while we take every care, there may be tiny traces of these ingredients in this product. If you or your lucky recipient have allergies to any of these, we recommend skipping this one just to be safe. Full allergen info comes with every order, so you’re always in the know!

All our products are 100% gluten-free and baked in a dedicated gluten-free bakery. Suitable for vegetarians. Do not contain alcohol.

 

How to Store Your Lemon Frangipane

Our Lemon Frangipanes are baked fresh and designed to stay deliciously moist and indulgent. To keep them at their best, follow the below storage tips:

• Refrigeration: For extended freshness, refrigerate your frangipane slices in an airtight container, and they will keep well for up to a week.
• Freezing: To enjoy later, place yourfrangipane slices into a freezer-safe container. Frozen, they will maintain their quality for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, thaw slices at room temperature.

Click and Collect

We offer free collection from our premises in Ballineen, Co. Cork.

Orders placed before 7am on Monday will be available for collection from 2pm on Wednesday of the same week.
(Bakery opening hours: Mon-Thur until 5:00pm, Fri until 1:00pm. Closed weekends.)

Orders placed after 7am on Monday will be ready for collection from Wednesday of the following week.

To collect your order, please tick the "Pick Up Order" box when entering your customer details.

 

Delivery

Delivery is available within the Republic of Ireland for €6.99. Delivery to Northern Ireland is available for €8.49.

All of our cakes are baked to order to guarantee maximum freshness. Nothing is ever premade - which means we dispatch once a week only.

Orders placed before 7am on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday and are expected to arrive by Friday, subject to courier timelines.

Orders placed after 7am on Monday will be dispatched the following week, on Tuesday or Wednesday.

We use UPS for all deliveries. Please note that once your order has left our premises, we are unable to control or guarantee delivery times.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Ireland.
